We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who is organized yet flexible and is enthusiastic for both the practical and creative elements of strategic workplace Operations.  This role provides the opportunity to coordinate to all aspects of our growing workplace services at Mumbai office, including but not limited to: daily food service and catering, company events, shipping and receiving. Netflix is a fast paced and demanding company that requires a special individual who is able to exercise good judgment and take fast initiative. A successful candidate will be ready to give improvement suggestions and very passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.
