Job description

Netflix is recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Singapore. Netflix is transforming entertainment, changing the perception of what television is and how it can be enjoyed. Fueled by the broad appeal of being able to instantly watch unlimited movies and TV shows, Netflix is the world's leading Internet television network with over 183 million members in over 190 countries, currently enjoying more than two billion hours of TV shows and movies per month, including original series, documentaries and feature films. We are excited about growing our teams in APAC and help our consumers access and experience great storytelling.  This position will be a business partner to a cross-section of teams based in Singapore and work closely with the regional leaders based here.  **The Ideal Candidate** In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining and modeling the Netflix culture is top priority. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions. The right person for this role must have a passion for the business and be driven to accomplish and meet objectives. This position is responsible for providing wise counsel (not HR best practices for HR’s sake) to the business and successfully influencing and supporting strategies to meet our business objectives. He/She will embody our culture through their behavior and interactions and be willing to invite and promote constructive feedback and help create an inclusive workplace. The role requires deep partnership with regional and global HR partners and should be adept at cross-functional partnership and communication.  **Experience** This position requires a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive human resources experience in the media/tech industry, ideally as a HR Business Partner. This person should have well developed coaching, communication, and leadership skills and should provide an example of excellence to all that he/she interacts with. Having successfully coached and influenced individual contributors and managers is a must for this position. A background in organizational development and previous experience with talent acquisition is also a plus.

Make every future a success.
