RFP ANALYST - LONDON HF

Natixis Investment Managers is ranked as one of the largest asset managers in World. The firm is structured as a multi-affiliate organization with over 20 investment management affiliates.
Poste et missions:
Members of the RFP team are located in London, Paris and Boston and support the international distribution efforts of Natixis Investment Managers. The team collaborates with regional sales teams and affiliated investment management firms to build, develop and maintain a strong presence internationally.
The successful candidate will be expected to :
- Prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs and other questionnaires ;
- Write and/or edit the investment content varying the tone and content according to the audience ;
- Review the documents for accuracy, consistency, clarity, appropriateness and persuasiveness ;
- Word with the affiliates / sales teams to ensure the document is complete and put through compliance review ;
- Coordinate and run prep calls / meetings with affiliates, sales, legal, compliance and finance in order to organize proper completion of RFPs and other questionnaires.
Profil:
- Strong work ethic with the aibility to work in high-pressure multi-cultural envrionment and manage competing priorities ;
- Excellent analytical, English written and verbal communication skills ;
- Strong team player, with ability to build working relationships with other internal departments, sales teams and affiliates.
