Description du poste :

Leads marketing development projects, transversally among Bioderma ranges & products, with a LCT (Life Cycle Thinking) and eco-conception approach, to reinforce the global brand identity and image.
Leads Life Cycle Thinking on Bioderma portfolio as part of CSR brand strategy: pilots and coordinates the set-up of the process (from the purchase of ingredients to the end of life of the product after usage) according to environmental criteria, in collaboration with all the actors in the chain (Naos & Bioderma)  > defines criteria, implements the software, follows KPI, identifies strategic levers on key products
Participates to the definition of the brand packaging identity and proposes a 3-year-plan development
Proposes and sets-up an eco-conception approach within Bioderma portfolio focusing on formulas and packaging
Leads the development of the eco-conception projects and packaging changes according to a validated 3-year-plan : from the idea to their market launch  > briefs and coordinates teams (packaging development, formulation, purchase, finance, supply..), ensures respect of planning, guarantees profitability
Co-develops the communication of CSR projects with the Corporate Communication Manager towards BTB or BTC targets : memos, training tools, videos..



Prerequisites:
Experience in Marketing Development in the pharmacy sector or consumer goods industry
Good knowledge of CSR
Fluent in english
3-5 years professional experience
Master in Marketing

Advanced skills in project management
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead project among various actors
Adaptability, taste for entrepreneurship
