Position Overview: 

The Web Analyst will join the Ecommerce Analytics team responsible for leveraging digital and customer analytics data to drive the Ecommerce division of Michael Kors. The Analyst provides reporting and conducts analyses to enable continuous measurement and optimization of all key aspects of the e-commerce business globally. Qualified candidates will have prior experience deriving insights from data and making recommendations preferably for an Ecommerce retailer.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Develop and maintain ongoing reporting to be delivered to the division and stakeholders.
·  Identify areas of opportunities for report automation for business stakeholders.
·  Gather business requirements from stakeholders and partner with Technical analyst to develop technical requirements for new functionalities in order to accurately report on relevant KPIs.
·  Conduct and present Ad hoc analysis to help identify optimization opportunities across site and inform digital marketing strategy.
·  Provide general troubleshooting assistance for analytics reporting and bug fixes.
·  Proactively identify tracking details that can improve reporting capabilities and enable more advanced analysis.
·  Provide support to cross-functional and global partners of web analytics through maintenance, mining and integration of data sources.
·  Train business stakeholders on using Adobe analytics to enable independent reporting while ensuring consistency and accuracy in data interpretation.
·  Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape.

Requirements/Qualifications:

·  Bachelors from a four-year college or equivalent
·  1+ years of experience of working with Adobe Analytics.
·  1+ years of experience with web analytics for an online retailer or similar online business
·  Must have strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel skills
·  Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JSON a plus
·  Experience with SQL or R a plus
·  Ability to independently prioritize and execute projects
·  Manage multiple work streams simultaneously
·  Must possess great attention to detail and curiosity to uncover trends and insights
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Highly organized and detail-oriented
·  Team-player with excellent relationship-building
·  Flexible Learner
