Who You Are:
You are energetic, reliable, self-motivated and have strong communication. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are fashion-curious and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Conduct a range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the President, Retail
· Answer and screen incoming calls
· Review and categorize incoming correspondence, memoranda and emails
· Coordinate and maintain constantly evolving calendar
· Liaise with external parties and global staff
· Attend executive meetings, take notes, send out minutes and follow-up as needed
· Administer travel arrangements (domestic & international) for President and her team, including detailed store visit itineraries
· Prepare documents, reports, and high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings
· Maintain filing system and weekly financial reports
· Floorplan ownership– seat moves, new hire placement, PO ordering for equipment etc.
· Prepare expense reports in Concur system
· Code invoices to appropriate departmental codes and approve in Coupa System
· Arrange work related lunches/dinners for meetings or events
· Plan and coordinate team building activities, town halls, and other large-scale events
· Organize and send product for charity events
· Serve as liaison between Corporate, and Retail Field teams
· Help drive culture
· Participate in other activities/projects at the discretion of President
You’ll Need to Have:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 2-3 years of administrative support experience
· Must be tech savvy and be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize
· Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
· Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
