Who you are:
A detailed-oriented self-starter with analytical skills, who will be involved in all aspects of Production. Must interact with other departments such as Logistics, Planning, Merchandising, Tech Design and Fabric Teams.
Your role at Michael Kors:
· Support Material Manager with daily tasks
· Input data into PLM supplier information, documents, materials management, Testing Agreements and Testing Reports of all suppliers
· Communicate with suppliers/factories daily
· Organize/file all swatches for men’s and women’s accessories
· Copy over comments, take images, and send out all comments on all materials for both men’s and women’s accessories
· Manage archive
· Send out all packages for accessories and footwear materials
· Prepping for color review sessions
· Maintain the PP room and acc closet
· Updating all color approval charts
· Help create color cards for every season
· Facilitate communication with MK china team
We’re excited about you if you have:
· Bachelors Degree
· 2-3 years of Production experience in the Apparel Industry
· Demonstrated proficiency in Excel including knowledge of how to execute advanced formulas in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
· Demonstrated successful experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
· Strong Interpersonal and analytical skills
· Knowledge of AS400, Centric PLM and SAP
