Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for development and maintenance of actionable recaps and assortment analytics throughout the product life cycle (i.e., line planning, market prep, post-market bookings, selling hindsights) that will create consistent visibility to business opportunities and enable the Merchandising team to build strategic assortments that will guide Design and support global growth of Women’s Ready-to-Wear.
·  Lead assortment analysis with action-oriented reporting on global business and product trends (weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonally) recapping opportunities by category, silhouette, fabrication, color, etc. as well as regionally.
·  Partner with Merchandising counterparts to develop seasonal plans and strategies based on thorough analysis and hindsighting of the business in order to drive a balanced, compelling and profitable Global product assortment across all regions and channels.
·  Identify opportunities that impact costing and pricing architecture through analysis of bookings and selling history.
·  Collaborate with Merchandising to reduce fabric liabilities and overdevelopment as well as improve adoption rates by creating actionable recaps and targets every season to improve accountability.
·  Own and maintain attributes and methodology to categorically evaluate Women’s ready-to-Wear business on a global basis.
·  Partner with Business Intelligence teams to manage development and execution of automated selling reports.
·  Work closely with cross functional departments throughout development and market process to manage, review and utilize data in PLM system.
·  Partner whenever needed to support Merchandising team to hit key milestone dates with a thorough knowledge of Product Life Cycle process and systems. Take initiative to develop process improvements and build tools to improve efficiency of current process.

Qualifications: 

·  Bachelor's Degree 
·  3-5+ years related experience in Merchandise Planning and/or Apparel Buying. Women’s experience preferred. Experience in Corporate Merchandising a plus.
·  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill levels required. Previous experience with PLM a plus.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Ability to communicate with high level executives.
·  Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills; Ability to build reports and process is a must.
·  Highly organized self-starter with strong sense of initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.
·  Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
