Position Overview:

The Global HCM Coordinator will be part of the Global Workday Team supporting the Capri Holdings Company inclusive of Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace. Workday is the Global HCM tool that includes all information relating to Recruiting, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service, Performance, and more. The role will work closely with all areas of the Human Resources Team.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Assist with Global Workday trainings for all areas of the business
·  Assist with building and maintaining training environments for Global Workday projects
·  Prepare training decks for Global Workday trainings
·  Maintain Workday Training Document library
·  Assist team in the processing of large data uploads
·  Assist the team with Workday updates and testing for new functionality and integrations
·  Assist with adhoc Workday team projects
·  Produce timely and clear meeting minutes to document project decisions and tasks
·  Leverage Workday user communities to maintain and expand knowledge base to enhance Workday capabilities
·  Function as one of the Global HCM Team ambassadors by building strong relationships with HR, Payroll, IT and other business users of Workday

Qualifications:

·  Degree in Business and/or HR discipline
·  Strong verbal & written communication skills
·  Strong Excel skills and knowledge of V-Lookups
·  Familiarity with Workday or other HCM or Recruiting platforms is a plus!
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a global team to support a global organization across 26 countries and three regions 
·  Fast learner
·  Strong sense of urgency
·  Ability to work in a high speed and entrepreneurial environment
