Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:
· Serve as a tactical partner to corporate and field teams
· Provide operational support to stores and field teams and identify training needs (i.e. policies and procedures, store standards, store systems, etc.)
· Be the “field voice,” advocating for store needs and opportunities
· Continuously look to improve standards of operations and policies and procedures in partnership with field and corporate teams
· Ensure standards, policies and procedures are implemented, consistent and followed in stores
· Plan regular visits to regional stores with focus on high priority doors
· Plan quarterly visits to remote stores with focus on high priority doors
· Proactively share feedback with corporate and field teams post store visits and/or post openings and partner with relevant teams to define list of actions
· Operationally lead the preparation to open new stores and close existing ones
· Monitor store spending on supplies and packaging; approve exceptional and/or out of cycle orders
· Support in store rollout of retail projects (i.e. Clienteling, new mobile POS, omni-channel platform), ensuring store team adoption and proactively sharing feedback to improve functionalities and processes
· Support stores during high sales volume periods, physical inventory and attend store audits in high priority doors
You’ll Need to Have:
· Bachelor's Degree required
· 5+ years of store operations management experience, preferably as a Store Manager or an Operations Manager in a high-volume, complex environment
· Ability to travel regionally at least 2 weeks per month
· Demonstrated ability to improve store processes and standards of operations
· Demonstrated ability to support project roll outs in stores
