Working Student - IT Project Management and Support for IT PM R&D (m /f / all genders)

You will be working within Information Technology as part of the R&D and Advanced Analytics team for the IT Performance Material sector in an international environment.

In your role you support R&D IT project activities by providing reports, content updates, following up on actions, ensuring project portfolio consistency and data quality. You will review status, KPIs, track budgets and financials of projects in the portfolio and follow up with project leaders on deviations and investigate inconsistencies. Creating telling and appealing presentations and providing support within the organization is another component of your work.

After an initial training phase where you will get to know the portfolio and project management processes. We are offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to shape things on your own by working independently on your tasks, leveraging your analytical skills, and your proactive and collaborative mindset.

 

Who you are:

• Master student of Business Informatics or Business Administration

• Experience in PMO, project management, and project support activities

• Good understanding of finance and controlling processes

• Extensive IT knowledge and experience with Office, Excel, and analytical tools

• Experience in interacting with remote teams in an international environment

• Very good organizational skills and result orientation

• Excellent spoken/written English and German
