Working Student (all genders) - Strategic Projects Market HR

Your role:

We are looking for a working student to support our Market HR Head Office. In this role, you will be directly supporting the Senior Manager Strategic Projects in keeping things running smoothly. Among your tasks will be to support the steering of critical global initiatives, to work with and manage data as well as communication-related tasks such as supporting the monthly Market HR Newsletter or organization of global meetings. Furthermore, you will support large-scale, global HR projects such as the go-live of our HR4You manager and employee self-service platform.

Working in our team will expose you to a variety of modern global HR topics and an international team. The position will be available starting as of today and we are looking to fill it the latest in 06/2020 .



You are:



· Fluent in German and English.
· Currently studying in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
· Profound experience with all standard Microsoft Office programs, especially with Excel & PowerPoint.
· Strong communication skills, highly motivated, organized and used to dealing with confidential matters.
· Experience in working with large amounts of data is a plus.
