Trainee (all genders) GOglobal Strategy & Marketing in Actives & Formulation, LS, limited to 2 years

Your role:
Throughout this program, you get to know the multiple aspects of Strategy & Marketing (e.g. Strategy Development, Market Intelligence, Strategic Project Management, Product/Brand Management, or Market Access & Pricing) within a Global Life Science Tools & Services provider to leading Biopharma & Pharma companies. After a first assignment at our home base in Darmstadt, Germany, you will be going international to one of our subsidiaries for a second assignment. In the third assignment, you will get the chance to broaden your perspective and experience a different functional scope or business area in your home location.

Who you are:

•Master’s degree or PhD in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration, MBA
•Outstanding academic performance (top scores)
•International experience
•First practical experience via internships, preferably within Management Consulting, Marketing or related fields in the life science and/or pharmaceutical industry
•High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
•Strong communication skills and fluency in English (German or other language skills a plus)
