Taunton Warehouse Liaison 3PL

 

Your Role:

 

Warehouse Liaison for all warehouse/logistics related activity with internal and external customers as well as contracted external team members.

 

Assist 3PL with any Operational related issues. Provide direction on shipping routes to the 3PL when needed. Assist MilliporeSigma Customer Service with any outbound or inbound related issues. Ensure crucial shipments make it out the door correct and on time. Investigate stuck or lost orders utilizing different tools and websites (ERP, Fedex Insight, UPS Quantumview, Other tracking tools). Maintain or developed metrics for KPI’s and any other function as needed. Review EDI failures for Domestic and International orders. Audit Key Shipments as needed

 

This posting is a A-Shift role (1 st shift; 8:30am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri).

·  Lifting up to 50 lbs
·  Standing for 8 hour shift 

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:  

·   High school diploma or GED equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

·  Bachelor’s degree preferred
·  APICS certification highly desirable.
·  Strong Excel / PowerPoint expertise
·  Strong Communication skills
·  Good Analytical skills
·  Oracle /SAP ERP experience
·  Knowledge of Supply Chain and Planning processes
