Summer Working Student for QMS team (all genders)
Assistant to the Global Quality Management System Team (all genders)
Our team is currently exploring new and innovative ways of delivering our services. We are looking for someone open to new ideas and challenges in the area of document management, risk management and key performance indicators to support us in this adventure. We are the Quality Management System team within Healthcare Quality (HCQ).
As part of this team, you will :
Support the team in management and approval of controlled documents
Manage permissions to our electronic documentation system (EDMS)
Verify data for and update the team’s various databases
Work within our intranet platform to maintain our data in an accurate state
Support in the development of training material (PowerPoint, video)
Research solutions to technical challenges
Routinely support the team’s other various activities

Depending on your background and skills, you may be assigned additional tasks and projects.
Your profile:
· Student with administrative background preferred
· Strong skills with Microsoft Office
· Customer focused
· Fluent in English
