Strategic planning manager-Fertility-Beijing

Job description: 

Responsible for overseeing BU’s strategic and long-range goal planning

Developing and refining BU financial forecasts (OP, SD, FCST etc.) in conjunction with plan, budget, and process management

Developing new and refining existing analytical techniques and resources to enable effective business planning, including market forecasting, competitive intelligence, operational review, and financial analysis.

Driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals

Participating in improving organizational performance by recommending areas or approaches for improvement initiatives or activities, performing new procedures, collecting data, and providing input to management discussions

Supporting BU Head in developing business cases, ROI analyses, and feasibility studies and regular updating the institutional strategic plan & priorities

Supporting BU Head to analyze major strategic initiatives that would entail the following: feasibility studies, assessment planning and recommendations, benchmarking, and presentation of recommendations

Performing miscellaneous job related duties as requested

 

Requirement: 

Minimum of Bachelor degree and 3 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a commercial background

Highly structured and strong ability to translate complex data/information into simple, actionable insights

Required competence to analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and market research reports, etc.

Outstanding cross functional/ team leadership and collaboration

Strong critical thinking with excellent written and verbal communications skills

Fluent in English
