Job Title: Scientists

Job Responsibilities:

 

·  Conduct various cellular immune assays (e.g. ELISA, FRET assay, Incucyte imaging) to characterize small molecules or biologics that modulate tumor immune environment and enhanced anti-tumor response;
·  Analyze data using multiple software (FlowJo, Incucyte, Excel, Prism), recorded data and write ELNs and ROPs;
·  Develop droplet digital PCR protocols for genes with low expression level for multiple applications;
·  Establish new protocols to characterize small molecules or biologics;
·  Present experimental data or introduce new technology in group/department meeting for discussion;
·  Research, create and prepare data for Journal Club or other scientific presentations;
·  Train and supervise team members on protocols established in the group as well as proper use of laboratory equipment;
·  Monitor and maintain equipment, reagents, supplies, and collection of reagents including antibodies and cell lines to ensure group is fully functional; and
·  Collaborate on team projects with colleagues from other functional groups, tutor personnel from other functions on established in our group protocols.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related field and at least three (3) years of work experience applying the principles of biology, immunology, and oncology to drug development in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

 

Additionally, the employer requires the following:

 

·  Demonstrated knowledge developing as well as conducting cellular immune assays including ELISA, FRET assay, and Incucyte imaging and analyzing subsequent data using laboratory software gained through one (1) year of work experience in pharmaceutical development.
·  Demonstrated knowledge developing multi-color (at least 10 colors) flow cytometry panels gained through two (2) years of work experience.
·  Demonstrated knowledge developing droplet digital PCR protocols for genes with low expression level or clinical samples gained through one (1) year of work experience.
·  Experience analyzing and presenting experimental data results from more than two studies to scientists or industry professionals gained through three (3) years of work experience.
·  Must have written at least one (1) Research Operating Protocol (ROP) to support project validity.

 

 

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
