Regulatory Affairs Expert 2

Your Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Millipore Sigma Life Sciences as a Senior Registrations Expert for North America. This role is based in Milwaukee, WI.  In this role you will work in collaboration with the growing global Life Sciences team.

 

·  Implementing EPA TSCA and FIFRA-related registration requirements in the US, DSL/NDSL-related requirements in Canada and any requirements implemented in Mexico.
·  Interacting with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with federal agencies, generate required reports and keep our ERP systems updated with respect to the regulatory information required to maintain compliance.
·  Working cross functionally with Product Line Managers, Product Quality Experts and other compliance-related experts in the company internationally.
·  Providing advice and regulatory interpretations to managers of operational or quality areas.
·  Finding innovative solutions to regulatory issues in manufacturing and sales
·  Preparation and filing of LVE's and PMN's
·  New product reviews
·  Interacting with management on regulatory (EPA-TSCA/FIFRA) issues
·  Data entry into SAP systems and MS Access systems
·  Directing process development/improvement projects
·  Conducting or developing employee training in regulatory issues
·  Interface with government enforcement agents
·  Coordinating with other regional regulatory experts in a global compliance team

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, BioChemistry or related Natural Science discipline.
·  4+ years of experience working with Chemical Regulations requiring registrations (such as TSCA, FIFRA, BPR or REACH)

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree
·  Experienced developing training presentations
·  Good written and verbal communication skills along with relevant experience with MS Office tools.
·  SAP experience.
