Real Estate Analyst

Your role:

as our Real Estate Analyst, you are an integral part of the Group Real Estate & Facility Management (GRF) unit. We’d love you to join the team, to drive forward Lease Administration, to support the global Real Estate transaction team and the GRF Controller. You will be a key team player in managing the internal property database, through regular proofing of data accuracy and completeness, creation of standard and individual reports related to the global Portfolio to support decision-making, coordination of abstraction of lease contracts and data reconciliation. Duties also include IFRS16 preparation, yearly lease CapEx OP preparation, collection, analysing, aligning and distribution of planning figures, including appropriate indications of potential risks in compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines.

 

Who you are:

·  A Commercial background or experience from a Real Estate business is essential
·  Strong analytical skills, solution orientation and ‘can do’ proactive approach
·  The ability to read and interpret data from given report information, as well as manage a complex data environment is also essential
·  Experience in data visualisation and reporting techniques would be an advantage
·  Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·  You must be fluent in written and verbal English
