Quality Customer Notification System Expert (all genders)
Life Science Quality Service supports customers in many quality related topics. One key quality topic is our customers requirement for information on changes on the products that affects their products or processes. Basis for these customer change notifications are quality agreements and change notification commitments. The set up and processing of quality agreements/change notification commitments and change notification is the main field of activity of our team.
Our team needs support for process analysis, process optimization and making best use of our digital landscape and master data flows. Part of the job is also the daily operative work (e.g. notification sending, data corrections, issue clarifications with customers etc.). We work basically with SAP and K2.
Essential for the job is to understand quickly new business processes/requirements and to translate them into system requirements; as well as accuracy and sense of responsibility. As we are a service section we support an open and engaging way of working.
· Studies of computer science, natural science or comparableand well-founded knowledge of data bases and of MS Office (especially Macros)
· Some knowledge on material master data/SAP MDG-M
· Experiences in software specification and validation
· Optimal would be some experiences in LS-business
· Fluent in English
· Reliable and a good team player
