QA Technician - Shift
Your Role: We have an exciting position available for a Quality Assurance Technician to join the team in Irvine working on a shift rotation. As a QA Technician you will be responsible for the review of liquid and powder finished product manufacturing records, release finished product for sale to fulfil ISO, EMEA, FDA and customer requirements, utilises the SAP system for the release and trending of product disposition, implements the deviation handling process, participates in risk assessment and root cause analysis, compiles document packages for customer specific products, review and approve BOMs and Recipes for manufacturing and create or approve Inspection Plans for finished product and raw materials. This work is carried out as outlined in the Integrated Management System and is performed to meet or exceed the product and service quality expectations of pharmaceutical, industrial and research customers as well as complying with the relevant standards of international regulatory authorities.
Who You Are:
· Educated to degree level in Biological Science or other related discipline
· Previous experience working within a GMP environment or another regulated environment
· Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and apply a risk-based approach to operation
· Must be computer literate, knowledge/experience of SAP and/or Trackwise would be advantageous
· Ability to prioritise own workload is essential
