Project Engineer

Your Role:

 To manage complex projects using a designed project model to develop necessary milestones and deliver success including adherence to required time, quality and budget restrictions. 

You will drive a multi departments team from Production, Quality, Validation, Planning and EHS

Communication of project activities with necessary internal functional groups and the Site Leadership Team ensuring awareness of requirements, project delays, issues and successes will be key.

Specific activities will include: outlining activities, scheduling and facilitation of regular supplier’s conference calls, providing meeting notes and follow up action items, internal progress meetings.

You will also be responsible for managing the global projects roadmap for the site and handle the process to collect, evaluate and select the projects on a yearly basis. Implement and follow metrics to measure the projects execution and will act as the direct contact on projects.

 

Who you are:

 

A minimum degree level within engineering sciences (mechanical, electrical or automation) - preferably

Significant Project Management experience, ideally within related industry

Sound knowledge of structured project management methodologies – preferably with formal project management accreditation.

Effective communication, influencing, motivation and team building skills at a high level

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Excellent decision making and negotiation skills.

A highly developed problem resolution and commercial mind-set.
