PMO (Processes & Digitalization)

Your Role:

Responsible to manage projects related to systems, processes and digital tools in industrial and adminitratives processes. Also responsible to manage data and BI solutions for different processes with a control of KPI and database management. Responsible for implementation of different solutions as MES, LIMS and different applications for industrial processes. Support in projects as Data Integrity, Serialization, etc. Responsible for improvements in systems and process already implemented and capability building for these population.

 

Who you are:

·  Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, IT or similar.
·  Several years (ideally 6-10) in the industry. Experience in Pharmaceutical Companies. 
·  Comprovated Experience in at least one of PM Methodologies: SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), PMI, ASAP (Accelerated SAP), SCRUM, AGILE, etc.
·  Business Intelligence and digital tools solutions experience. Data management, experience with Data Integrity, Serialization, etc... is a plus.
·  Database control and KPI's management experience.
·  Advanced English. Good level of communication skills.
·  Experience with systems/processes in different levels: MES, LIMS, Data Historian, SDM / Mfg Proc. Analytics (Sup. Big Data/Data Lake)
·  SAP: Keyuser or System management experience.
·  Microsoft Pack knowlodge.
