Pharmacovigilance Associate

Your role:

We have agreat opprotunity to join our pharmacovigilance team in Turkey. We are looking for a Local Patient Safety Associate to perform all pharmacovigilance tasks allocated to the Local Patient Safety organization under the supervision of the Local Patient Safety Manager in Turkey. Tasks have to be performed in full compliance with all relevant global and local regulatory requirements and company standards.

You will handle all local safety information, including collection, registration, translation from local language to English, and transmission to Global Patient Safety as well as seeking follow up information of Adverse Events in a timely manner. 

Your responsibilities will also include; Supporting Local Patient Safety Manager for delivering regular / annual Pharmacovigilance training for all local internal and external personnel, screening of the website of the local health authority to identify safety relevant information for the products marketed in the territory, reporting Adverse Drug Reactions to local health authorities as per local legislation, providing support to Local Patient Safety Manager for responses to specific requests from health authorities

 

 

Who you are:

·  University degree in Pharmacy or Medical
·  Fluent English and good Microsoft Office skills,
·  1 – 3 years experience in related area
·  Strong team-working and intercultural skills
·  Strong communication skills – ability to understand issues in the context of the bigger picture and to communicate these succinctly
·  Ability to manage multiple situations/issues under time pressure
·  Pro-activity, result and customer orientated
·  Military service should be completed for male candidates
