Marketing Communication Expert (all genders)

Your role: We are seeking a Marketing Communication Professional for the Process Solutions Portfolio reporting to the PS Actives and Formulation Head of Marcom. In this position, you will be responsible for the communication of the formulation portfolio, developing and executing integrated omnichannel communication strategies based on marketing plans and in close cooperation with product management. The activities span from (but are not limited to) coordinating PR activities, advertisements, social media activities, website content, SEO and SEM, live webinars, tradeshows, collateral, and apps. The ultimate objective is for these activities to generate awareness and new sales leads for Process Solution business lines. Therefore, responsibilities for this position also include measuring results and adjusting campaigns accordingly. The position will collaborate closely with functional marketing managers, global marketing, R&D and the commercial areas/sales.This job position is based in Darmstadt, Germany and requires travels in Europe, Asia, or United States (<10%).

  

Who you are:

·  Master degree in communications or marketing or Life Science
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communication in a matrix and international environment
·  Deep expertise of digital marketing and e-tools
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrated flexibility and team player ability
·  Fluent in written and spoken English is required
·  Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn specific applications related to the job
