HR Business Partner (contrato temporal 6 meses)

 

Tu rol:  Darás soporte al negocio en todas las áreas relacionadas con RR.HH.Coordinarás y harás seguimiento del plan de formación de tu Business Area y liderarás las actividades de desarrollo de personal. Serás el responsable de las acogidas a nuevos empleados y también gestionarás las empresas de trabajo temporal. Administración del personal (altas , bajas, finalizaciones de contrato ,etc ).Control de costes de personal y análisis de desviaciones en los mismos-

 

Quien eres:

·  Tienes una Licenciatura en derecho, Psicología o Ciencias del trabajo, valorable Master/Postgrado en gestión de recursos humanos
·  Tienes mínimo un 3-5 de experiencia en el área de recursos humanos, valorable experiencia en planta industrial
·  Tienes Conocimientos de programas y plataformas de gestión de RRHH.
·  Tienes un nivel fluido de inglés (mínimo B2)
