Manufacturing Supervisor

 

Your Role:

 

The Manufacturing Supervisor role at Millipore Sigma requires candidates to handle the following duties: supervision of all production activities, planning and scheduling of production resources, troubleshooting process chemistry, training employees on equipment operation, cGMP, and internal SAFC systems and procedures, and recruitment. A BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent is desired, but you may substitute education for qualified field experience.  Background in a cGMP manufacturing setting is desired, preferably pharmaceutical.  Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated leadership ability are required. Additional candidate traits include: leadership by example, self-motivation, multi-tasking, computer skills, critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, strong work ethic, resource management, identifying talent, delegation, and prioritizing.

 

 

Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

·  BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent, but may substitute education for qualified field experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Background in a cGMP manufacturing setting, preferable pharmaceutical.

·  Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership ability are required.
