Lab Instrument Service Engineer

 

Your role:

 
·  This role Implement Service management system and tools, be in charge of product installation ,Preventive maintenance, product upgrade & training and installed base setup in responsible territories, and quickly respond to service requests from customer/distributors/sales teams.
·  Achieve the customer satisfaction target set by management in responsible territories.
·  Achieve the service and consumable revenue target set by management in responsible territories.
·  Cooperate with the distributor's service team on the service activities such as product installation, service repairs and installed base setup.
·  Collaborate with sales, marketing and training team to follow up the market activities, and assist sales team to achieve the sales objectives in responsible territories.
·  Collaborate with 400 Hot-line to follow up all the pending service issues from the customer/sales team/distributors and keep communication with WW Technical Support Team for the technical issues updating for Lab Products.
·  Deal with the complaint from the customer, sales team and distributors.

 

Who you are:

·  Bachelor degree or above with major in biology engineering, mechanical Engineering and electronic engineering.
·  3~5 years’ service working experience in life science or clinical,
·  Can Drive, Clinical experience will be better
·  Workable English.
