Internship Particle Characterization 2

Your role: During your internship in our analytical lab you will focus on the thorough characterization of samples that come from various sources of the international Group, e.g. pharmaceutical products, chemical products and samples from the many innovative Research and Development projects.

 

Your job will be the preparation as well as the characterization of these samples by various analytical methods (e.g. automated optical microscopy with automated image analysis, laser diffraction, analytical centrifugation, dynamic light scattering and different other methods). In addition, you will take part in the evaluation, testing and establishment of new analytical procedures and methods.

 

Who you are:

·  You are currently studying chemistry, physics, analytical sciences or related fields in the second half of your studies.
·  You show initiative and very good organizational and communication skills.
·  A broad knowledge of instrumental analytical methods and computer skills are required.
·  Excellent spoken and written German and/or English is imperative.

Duration : at least 6 months, starting in May/June 2020
