Financial Analyst - BioProcessing

Your Role:

The Financial Analyst will support the BioProcessing Controlling organization (and ultimately our business partners in R&D/Marketing).  He/she will drive a wide range of activities, from reporting, to planning/forecasting, and commentary/analysis across a broad variety of topics (e.g. Sales, Margin, Spending, CapEx, Headcount, etc.) and ad-hoc projects.  The ideal candidate is a natural leader & business partner, leveraging strong financial and business acumen in order to steer the business.  The candidate should also have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a bias for action, and challenge the status quo. 

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
·  3+ years of experience in financial analysis

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Knowledge of core financial principles (and the tasks derived from them).
·  Great communication skills and be able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
·  Technical skills (e.g. familiarity with Oracle/SAP and associated tools)
·  Ability to improve or automate fragmented/manual processes.
