■職務内容:

Support hardware service business such as validation, maintenance, and repair in Japan and global.

Contribute global field service actions.

Support customers and other internal functions

 

■応募条件:

5+ years technical field such as Automation, Electrical engineering, Computer Science, and Service

Excellent Japanese and English communication skills, verbal and written

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively internationally

Self-motivated, strategic thinking, strong sense of responsibility

業務内容:

製薬メーカーに納品する製品(Mobius等)のバリデーション、修理、定期点検を担当いただきます。

・製品で担当分けをしており、一人当たり5製品程を担当します。

・お台場のサービスセンターでの業務に加え、納品先での点検も行います。

・国内では平均週2~3回の出張があります(新潟・群馬・大阪等)

・海外(アジア、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ)への出張もございます。

・グローバルプロジェクト(研修や勉強会、業務改善等)への参加もございます。

・夜間や週末の突発的な対応は殆どございません。

・今後は製品の自動化も重要となり、ネットワークやサーバーの経験も活かせます。

 

応募条件:

・フィールドサービスエンジニア経験。

・英語力に長けた方。

・自発的に考え責任感を持って業務に携われる方。

・グローバルとのやり取り経験がある方歓迎。

・ネットワークやサーバー等のIT関連経験がある方歓迎。

 

※入社日は10月1日以降になります。
