Field Service Engineer Italy

Your Role :

You will be part of Field Engineers team and you will be responsible of perform the service activities and strategy on assigned geographical service area for the systems that produce purified water for the Milli-Q division . You will install, troubleshoot and maintain an extensive variety of products and equipment. You will train employees, identify, analyze and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed. You will working and interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive the market strategy with an high 'Service Excellence value“. You will manage the assignments as indicated by Inhouse Service Center or senior technical staff. You will be in charge for repair (incl. warranty), installation, validation and contract activities on customer site.

Who you are:

·  technical degree, diploma or certifications
·  at least 3 years of in the field or in a related area
·  strong customer facing skills
·  strong troubleshooting Skills and technical aptitude. Connectivity knowledge and background will be evaluated (network protocols, remote connectivity and others)
·  ability to work in team
·  valid driver’s License
·  fluent in English
