Field Service Coordinator

Your Role: Manage the order to cash process for PS hardware services on a global level from receipt of the customer order to the invoicing of the service. Manage the different steps required for the successful execution of the service. Additional responsibilities include:

 

·  Communication with Customers, Field Service Engineers, Project Managers and Subcontractors
·  Handling entries in our service software, order and invoicing instructions to Customer Service
·  Ensuring service protocol, spare parts and tools are available for the service

 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualification:

·  BS or AS degree and 1+ years’ experience, or HS Diploma/equivalent and 5+ years’ experience
·  Experience in commercial support, customer facing role (over phone and by mail)
·  Good communication skills
·  Good sense of organization, including on-time delivery and prioritization
·  Proven ability to work successfully as an individual contributor and as part of a team
·  English and Portuguese mandatory

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree +2 years’ experience
·  2+ experience in commercial support, customer facing role (over phone and by mail)
·  Additional languages are an asset
