Expert Manufacturing & EMEA Applications (all gender)

Your Role:

In this position you will be managing and supporting the technical tasks of global MES and related system practices across Life Science sites and Healthcare sites (globally). You will design and execute agreed target operating model for above practices across all geographies and all lines of businesses (LS, HC) and you have to ensure seamless transitions of related strategic projects into robust global services. Management of external and internal delivery staff to secure project support and to provide flawless operations and business continuity as per business’s expectations is a key task. You need to partner with project teams and Solution Architects to drive execution of related IT project portfolios and roadmaps. Chairing Operations Meeting to oversee Quality of Service (availability, responsiveness, and quality) and regular participation in according CAB meetings will also be in your responsibility.

 

Who you are:

·  Academic Degree in computer or natural science or business administration
·  Experienced delivery manager (5+ years)
·  Thoroughly familiar with current Quality & GxP IT compliance trends for manufacturing & quality capabilities (e.g. MES, IoT, etc.) and underlying technology
·  Solid (i.e. C-Level) presentation and communication skills
·  Solid foundation in IT service management methodology (preferably ITIL certification)
·  Profound experience in working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
·  Excellent command of written and spoken English, business fluent German would be an advantage
