Your Role:

The L&D Specialist plays an important role in the business bydeveloping, coordinating and delivering technical and commercial training programs for the Sales & Marketing organization (internal employees and new hires). Works with Global Learning and Development team, Commercial Marketing and Sales Managers colleagues to develop content and deliver trainings related to sales, negotiation, strategy skills and product.

 

You will be responsible for:

  As a part of the Commercial Marketing Team, the Learning and Development Specialist will be the point of contact for LATAM to work closely with Global L&D Team to:

 

·  Execute on all aspects of the commercial Learning and Development program;
·  Incorporate Consultative Selling skills and strategy into technical product training;
·  Develop program course catalog at M-Academy;
·  Refine learning and coaching program vision and objectives to meet the changing needs of the business;
·  Responsible for program Key Success Criteria and standardized learning metrics;
·  Assess learning and skill gaps;
·  Manage the learning governance process;
·  Ensure content and delivery is consistent across geographies and roles;
·  Support sales meeting content development;

 

  Who you are:

 

·  Experience in Learning & Development (preferred)
·  Strong Sales skills and experience on technical training
·  Proven experience and success in the design and development of instructional materials
·  Ability to effectively interface with product/sales/marketing management
·  Ability to manage multiple projects and align resources to assure priorities are met
·  Ability to inspire a scientific workforce in a matrixed environment and maintain alignment with the business strategy
·  Effective in multicultural environment bridging the language barrier to ensure excellence in knowledge sharing
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Ability to travel internationally
·  Fluent in English
