Electrical Maintenance Tech

Your Role:

 

Electrical maintenance technicians inspect, maintain, repair, install, and upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment, components, tools, and machinery. Electrical maintenance technicians work independently or as team to support all site needs. This includes completing all assigned preventative maintenance task and general assigned task. This role operates on a 4-10 shift.

 

 

Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

·  High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Ability to troubleshoot, correct, install or repair VFD’s.
·  Ability to troubleshoot, design, installs, maintain electrical power and control circuits up to 480V. Ability to troubleshoot, install, repair lighting systems.
·  Ability to understand Ohm's law, AC/DC, Parallel and Series circuits, Industrial Electricity.
·  Ability to understand electrical safety (grounding, arc flash, etc.).
·  Ability to use electrical testing equipment.
·  Ability to thread and bend conduit and properly size conduit and wire per the NEC requirements. 
·  Electrical licenses, HVAC or any certifications for electrical field experience or education.
·  NEC certifications
