Data Scientist (all genders)

Your Role :  The Data Scientist will work as part of the cross functional Reporting and Analytics group in the Strategy 2022 Organization. The mission of the group is to architect, design and refine analytics solutions that deliver practical and effective answers to business problems. The primary role of the Data Scientist will be to integrate and translate complex data into insights to create future-focused, high-impact solutions and capabilities for our customers. Addressing specific use cases from the CFO Group, you will deliver meaningful analysis and conclusions using data science methodologies such as predictive modelling, machine learning, natural language processing and deep learning. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to determine what approaches can be utilized to solve complex questions and translate use cases into effective, scalable and agile solutions. You will also mentor colleagues and help to build overall awareness of the value that Data Science brings to the overall analytical capabilities within the CFO Group. Additionally, you will actively participate in a network of Data Science peers in order to learn, share and collaborate, thereby strengthening the overall depth of Analytic capabilities. You will also have a keen interest in staying current with trends and methods in the field of Data Science and identifying opportunities to pilot them and measure their impact.

 

  Who You Are

·  Master’s Degree or Ph.D preferably in a Computer Science, Finance, or Math related field
·  Minimum 3 years of Data Science experience, preferably with Finance or Procurement Data Sets and Use Cases Supervised learning, unsupervised learning, strong in statistics
·  Experience with Structured and Unstructured data
·  Experience with big data frameworks, Data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik, Data wrangling and programming in Python or R
·  Experience in enterprise AI and ETL frameworks such as Dataiku or Informatica is a plus
·  Experience in communicating with/presenting to a non-technical audience
·  Proactive with a collaborative mindset, outcome focused and solution oriented
·  Experience working in an agile product development environment in matrixed organizations
·  Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
