Customer Service Representative (17 months)

Your Role:

The main purpose of this position is to create an outstanding and effortless experience at every interaction for customers.  Armed with a passion for customer satisfaction, the Sr. CSR provides solutions to customer needs in a fast paced call interface environment. CSR’s field a large variety of phone call & email inquiries and are responsible for processing orders and responding to all non-technical related service issues.  In addition, suggest improvement ideas to current processes and systems so as to exceed customer expectations, and identify and participate in opportunities where customer effort can be reduced.

 

·  Resolve customers’ issues in professional & timely manner and multitasking through multiple computer systems while talking on the phone and chatting on the web.
·  Efficiently process customer service inquiries and purchase order requests.  Ensure high service levels and process consistency across a multi-site customer contact function.  Effectively manage additional department projects.  
·  Strategic account and sales support for defined list of accounts. Enhance open order management to maximize sales revenue.
·  Proactively improve and resolve the system & process issue as a Sr. Customer Service Representative.
·  Other tasks assigned by your superior.

Who You Are:
+ 3 years of CS or Sales Support experience by using ERP system
General knowledge of Order process
Either having Bachelor degree related to Bio/Chem/Life Science is preferred
Experience in SAP is preferred
Business level in English
