Content Strategy & Communications Business Partner (all genders)

Your role: Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Communications for Life Science, you will collaborate to develop and execute an internal communications strategy that educates and engages Life Science employees, while creating broader awareness of our business, strategy and value. This role is tactical and strategic – someone who is a “doer” and “thinker” is needed to drive projects, while ensuring the output aligns with our overall messaging and objective. A main goal of this role will be to build a strong relationship with Group Communications and collaborate on content creation and distribution, with the aim of increasing the share of voice for Life Science. A portion of this person’s time will be dedicated to supporting a specific area of the business as a Business Partner. This individual will collaborate on the planning and execution of large-scale events, with a focus on driving rich content that will accelerate knowledge, solutions and empowerment across the organization.

  

Who you are:  

·  Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
·  6-8 years’ working experience
·  Strong writing and journalism skills – Journalism background is a big plus
·  Ability to mine for stories and pitch content
·  Some experience with executive communications
·  Experience designing presentations, videos, and other creative collateral
·  Business fluent English and German skills required
