Business Insights Analyst

Your Role:

·  Partner with cross functional teams to create, automate and continuously improve reports and dashboards that are aligned to business requirements
·  Design and communicate accurate advanced forecasting models that leverage multiple internal and external data sets.   
·  Provide clear and proactive data insights to support forecasting and decision making across the organization
·  Research and procure new sources of BI information (e.g. on line, government agencies, etc.)
·  Perform adhoc analysis and projects as required
·  Respect and adhere to ethical/legal/regulatory/company guidelines

 

Who You Are:

·  You have an undergraduate degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business and/or Science.   A post graduate degree with advanced understanding of business analysis techniques is an asset.
·  You have advanced skills in Excel, Tableau and Business Objects.  Knowledge of R, Python and SQL would be considered as asset.
·  You have 2+ years of previous experience in working in a collaborative cross functional environment to build and maintain forecast models, continuously improve reporting/dashboards and generate actionable business insights.
·  You have previous experience with IQVIA/IMS data sets
·  You work effectively under very tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
·  Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience is strongly preferred.  Healthcare experience is required.
