Nuestro objetivo es que el asociado garantice la inocuidad de los productos así como la confiabilidad de los inventarios, dé seguimiento a los embarques de producto terminado y elabore estrategias de mejora continua.

REQUISITOS:

Licenciatura terminada: Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

Conocimientos y experiencia mínima de 2 años y medio en manejo de logística de almacén y manejo de inventarios.

Experiencia y conocimientos en procesos de producción en plantas.

Manejo de SAP Avanzado

Experiencia en manejo de personal a cargo

Inglés Intermedio

Estrategias de enganche para el personal a cargo

RESPONSABILIDADES O FUNCIONES:

·  Garantizar la seguridad de los asociados e instalaciones del área, capacitaciones correctas y oportunas
·  Asegurar la inocuidad de los productos y materias primas
·  Mantener una alta confiabilidad del inventario
·  Desarrollo de asociados e implementar estrategias de enganche
·  Asegurar el correcto manejo de embarques del producto terminado
·  Trabajar en mejoras continuas a través de ejecución e implementación de mejoras de ahorro
·  Realización de reportes
