SAP Outbound Key User

Job Role:

·  Implementation of quality focused upgrade to existing SAP system
·  Key user support covering Physical Logistics, Masterdata and Copacking

Key Responsibilities:

·  Incident Management
·  Focus point for End Users in the Irish Market
·  Raise incidents and follow up with Functional Experts and Central teams
·  Contribute into the regional communities of key users and functional experts
·  Business process and systems operational expertise
·  Building effective relationships with key resources to support daily operations
·  Understanding of ways of working SLA’s and overall support model
·  Change Management
·  Act as business process expert
·  Articulate and document business requests
·  Proactively assess impact of proposed changes on the local market
·  Perform and sign off local testing
·  Documentation and knowledge management
·  Facilitate and manage successful implementation and adoption of new processes, changes or projects
·  Act as the Single Point of Contact for Local and Central teams
·  Benefits identification and assist in development of business cases to support proposed changes.
·  Actively share knowledge and best practice to peers and stakeholders
·  Ongoing Lifecycle Management
·  Training of new associates
·  Document local process specifics to ensure key knowledge is captured and retained
·  Represent the Irish market in regional key users forums
·  Maintain knowledge management

The Candidate:

·  Degree educated with relevant experience and a cinsistent record of achievement.
·  SAP Experience with experience of system implementations
·  Capable of driving change and adapting/ improving current processes
