Location: Royal Canin Global HQ, Montpellier area, France

Salary package: from to 60 to 76k€ per annum

As part of the Royal Canin Digital Strategy, D2C is a key strategy in our business strategy on which we need to build prototypes, understand from already existing models and frame our future to scale up with success when ready.

What are we looking for?

·  You hold a master's degree in Business or Marketing and have 7+ years of experience in managing complex technical projects in a global environment
·  You have a good knowledge of deployment and industrialization methodologies as well as of digital environment
·  You have experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
·  You are a fast learner, comfortable with change
·  You speak English fluently and are able travel globally up to 30% of the time

What would be your key responsibilities?

>Ensure end to end quality D2C Digital Services implementation with the D2C team by:

·  Collaborating with the D2C team to ensure deployment at scale on all D2C workstreams: Marketing Communication, Portfolio Offer, Pet Owner, Experience, Pet Professional Experience, Logistics, Finance, Legal
·  Defining deployment methodologies to accelerate the deployment and localization of the D2C digital services

>Deploy D2C Digital Services at scale by:

·  Defining and prioritize D2C projects deployment roadmaps with markets, regions, global D2C teams
·  Providing deployment D2C methodology expertise and supporting coordinators
·  Defining and following up KPIs
·  Influence markets and regions to deploy minimum viable product with a continuous improvement approach
·  Define and launch standards

>Support the changes driven by the new digital services by collaborating with local team to support change management in markets and ensure D2C adoption

>Identify local key initiatives to be leveraged at a global level
