Key Responsibilities/职位描述

·  领导与设备可靠性相关的持续改进项目，组织各类大故障PDCA WORKSHOP
·  代表可靠性团队参与相关项目，并提供与维修相关的可行性研究
·  支持该生产区域设备故障的解决，达到该区域故障率要求目标
·  设定设备PM工作内容并更新
·  控制该区域维修成本（维修活动及区域备件管理）
·  培训技术员和操作员，培训内容为UFO（自主维护）及电气、机械相关培训
·  与值班(区域)经理及技术员、技术支持、工程紧密合作，达到并逐步提高该生产区域的绩效

Qualifications/任职条件

·  电气、机械设备维护维修
·  丰富的食品机械和食品生产工艺知识
·  良好的项目管理技能
·  具有大学或同等学历者优先
·  具有一定的英语读写能力者优先
