Purpuse:

The Recruiter will play an integral part in providing oneMars Talent Acquisition services including recruitment expertise on all aspects of the hiring process (job posting through requision closure) in a fast paced and highly competitive market. A key focus will be on building the pipeline of potential candidates that align with Mars business needs and Five Principles and ensuring all candidates receive a best in class candidate experience. The Recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting for Mars business. For the areas assigned, the Recruiter is responsibile for ensuring Mars attracts and selects high-performing, high potential associates who will drive the business forward. Full life-cycle recruiting includes consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing and prescreening candidates, overseeing the interviewing / assessment panel, facilitating assessment debrief meetings, creating offer recommendations, exentding and negotiating offers, closing the candidate, and high-care through Day 1 start. The Recruiter will also contribute to projects to improve upon or implement core talent acquisition processes, tools, or programmes.

Key Responsabilities:

1. Ensure a consistent focus on creating a “One P&O” experience for our associates, line managers and senior leaders.

2. Develop staffing strategies based on labor market and competitive analysis, bench marking, and survey data; partner with their Talent Acquisition Manager as and when needed.

3. Own and facilitate strategic intake session / conversation with hiring managers to determine core capabilities/experiences for success in the role(s) within their scope; take the output of session to develop the strategic sourcing plan to attract and recruit high caliber candidate pool.

4. Ownership of full-life cycle recruitment process from strategic intake session through Day 1 of candidate start.

5. Serve as a Mars ambassador, guardian of candidate caliber, assessor of culture fit (alignment to Five Principles, Associate Concept, and pre-identified role MLCs) while driving an inclusive and cohesive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

6. Responsible for leveraging internal and external creative sourcing solutions / tools to generate the most qualified and diverse applicant pool.

This role can be based Querétaro or Monterrey
