Buscamos un Supply Controller cuyo principal objetivo será trabajar conjuntamente con las áreas de Supply e Ingeniería en la búsqueda de la excelencia operativa y rentabilidad del negocio. Será responsable también por el control y governance de su área. El alcance de su rol incluye control de costos, planificación, informes, soporte para la definición de costos operativos y CAPEX.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

·  Co-pilot de finanzas para la planta, brindando asesoramiento financiero, análisis, forecast y soporte en la ejecución de la estrategia. Además participa en todos los procesos y reuniones del área relacionados gestión de costos.
·  Conjuntamente con el Director de Planta Ingeniería Industrial y Controller será responsable por el desarrollo de la estrategia financiera del Site a mediano y largo plazo
·  Será contacto principal de Finanzas para el proceso de S&OP, con estrecho contacto con los equipos de costos primos y LCC
·  Control e informes de la Planta: responsable de los costos principales y los MCC, incluido el control, las actividades de cierre del período / envío, informes, análisis y soporte del proceso OP. Líder del programa Site Do it Best y consolidación de la la planificación de DiB y el seguimiento de resultados.
·  Control e informes del sitio CAB (CAPEX): control del sitio CAB, desarrollo de la estrategia, ROI del proyecto, seguimiento y análisis posterior al lanzamiento. El puesto es responsable de la evaluación de la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) ​​para apoyar las decisiones comerciales y la priorización de proyectos para el Sitio.

Requisitos:

·  Universitario en Licenciatura en finanzas, economía, administración de empresas, contabilidad, ingeniería o similar
·  MBA preferentemente
·  > 5 años de experiencia en finanzas en puestos relacionados.
·  Se requiere experiencia en FP&A, Demand Finance o Supply Finance.
