Job Purpose:

To ensure the Poncitlan plant will always have the required essential raw materials, on time, to complete the daily production strategy, considering the financial inventory target (20 mios) and also the downloads timing to decrease the time the suppliers wait in the courtyard to be downloaded and avoiding any shutdown because of lack of any essential raw.

To ensure that poultry viscera and poultry liver are on time in the plant to make sure the palatants in-house production can be completed to satisfy the finished product production strategy, avoiding any waste of raw and making sure the area can be cleaned every Monday as the Q&FS team requires.

Key Responsabilities:

·  Accountable for the availability of the 40 essential raw materials for MX01 and MX16 on time, sharing the forecast to the suppliers on time and creating the necessary ways of working with the commercial team to make sure the product will be available when needed, considering the target inventories in MXN for the financial target and in tons accordingly to the warehouse capacity and the quantity of downloads achievable per shift.
·  Coordinate the transport for the pick-up of materials that, as the contract mentions, we are responsible for bringing to the plant on time.
·  Weekly management of the production plan of the in-house palatants , making sure the Digest team knows the plan and also responsible for the availability of the poultry viscera and liver on time, coordinating the logistics and the timings with the supplier. Respecting the cleaning schedule.
·  Accountable of coordinating the shipment of in house palatants to complete MX16 weekly production plan.

Job Qualifications:

·  An undergraduate degree, preferably in one of the Engineering, basic sciences or business related disciplines.
·  Bilingual - Ability to communicate clearly in English
·  Ideally 3+ years of experience in a Production or Supply Environment.
·  Working knowledge 3+ of inventory management and continuous improvement.
·  Ability to convey communications clearly and concisely.
