We are currently recruiting for a number of Packaging Operators to work in our growing Natural Pet Food operations team as a Packaging Operator.

The Packaging Operator will be a multi-skilled packing associate who is responsible achieving maximum efficiency of our packing lines, whilst ensuring our highest Safety and Quality standards are maintained.

The successful candidate in this role will be flexible, hardworking, have a continuous improvement mind-set, be a strong team player as well as someone who takes responsibility for their own personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate any deviation from standard or plan
·  Support peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the packing hall
·  Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard
·  Ensure Critical Control Points and mandatory Quality checks are completed as required and deviations are escalated through FMOS using the appropriate channel
·  Identify and deliver continuous improvement ideas to support fulfilment of the site goals & strategy

Essential Skills:

·  Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C of above
·  Excellent Written and Spoken English
·  Experience in FMCG Manufacturing environment
