Localisation: Aimargues, near Nîmes and Montpellier

Contract: CDI (permanent contract)

Salary package: 51-64k

What are we looking for?

·  You have an engineer degree on print technology or on packaging
·  You got 5+ years of professional experience in graphic chain, including packaging experience with an agency or photoengraver or printer
·  You are familiar with Color, Prepress, and Print technics
·  You have strong capacity to understand all aspects of a problem, find and apply appropriate solutions
·  You are able to well communicate with the different interfaces (internal-external) and report sticking points to the relevant people transparently and objectively
·  You are fluent in English, French is a plus

What is this job purpose?

Packaging is the first Brands communication media. Its quality perception is key. Your job purpose is to deploy the print quality improvement strategy in order to :

·  guarante Royal Canin brand and packaging colors consistency worldwide
·  sublimate the pack design by innovative technics/technologies,
·  develop/Optimize the print quality to the state-of-the-art, whatever the print technology (current or future)
·  attune to a unique packaging image around the world with DMS to serve Brand Distinctiveness,

What would be your key responsabilities?

·  You create the standards (rules and technical requirements) for print quality and color management to all the Graphics Partners
·  You drive the change, control / monitor (KPI) the requirements achievement by all the Graphics Partners, and control the final pack rendering consistency
·  You lead all over the world suppliers audits on Graphics processes
·  You manage prepress and print technology development projects (Digital, Flexo HD…) to serve Royal Canin vision 2025
·  You initiate the use of new technics to enhance pack design attractiveness
·  You control new design printability to reinforce and insure pack’s premiumness look & feel
