Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. 主要负责上海的新渠道线下生意(交通,加油站,餐饮),
2. 客户年度合同谈判与跟进执行(JCBP),和客户促销档期的活动谈判和执行
3.新渠道部分的大区和总部多向沟通
4.达成公司下达月度销量计划,并跟进各项过程指标
5.与上海团队(理货)的沟通与协调
6.新客户的挖掘和拓展(主要for线下)
7.新销售模式的研究和探索

Qualifications/任职条件

1. 本科及以上学历,

2. 5年以上FMCG销售经验,3年以上销售管理经验,熟悉现代渠道运作模式;

3. 拥有专业的销售/谈判技巧,较强的市场判断及数据分析能力

4. 良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属,带领团队达成预定业绩目标;

5. 具有优秀的中文演讲沟通技巧,良好的英文读写能力

6. 强烈的责任心及职业操守,善于在压力下开展工作
